The following Terms and Conditions apply to the use of this website as well as to all transactions conducted through this website.
You, the purchaser, installer, or user, agree that you have read the WheelWally installation instructions. Further, you agree to be responsible for determining whether it is safe, or prudent, to drill installation holes in your truck. Also, you agree to drive safely and at a reasonable speed whenever you are transporting a bicycle with your WheelWally.
We at WheelWally shall not be held liable for any injury or damage that may occur to you, your property, your truck, your bicycle, others, or the property of others as a result of improper assembly, installation, use, or maintenance of your WheelWally.
We respect your privacy. Therefore, we never sell or share your personal information with any third parties. Any information collected through this website is intended to be used for this transaction only.
Before we ship anything, we engage every customer, via email, to discuss truck type, track locations, etc. We’ll ask if you’ve studied the compatibility checklist (and other pages) on our website. (If you haven’t we’ll go through it with you.) Next, we’ll build and ship your order. Finally, we’ll contact you to make sure your installation was successful and to ask for feedback on our product.
WheelWally ships products to the U.S.A. We also ship internationally. For U.S.A. customers, shipping charges are calculated when you enter your address during checkout. Please review your shipping charges before confirming payment. For international shipments, please contact us directly so we can quote your shipping charges.
We can package a maximum of two WheelWallies per order. Please submit additional orders if you need more than two WheelWallies.
Open your WheelWally box. Inspect the plastic pieces, the Omni straps, and all the other hardware. Assemble and install your WheelWally then load your bike and go for a test drive. Use your WheelWally often. If, within 30 days of the original shipping date, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us at Wally@WheelWally.com to discuss the problem or simply re-pack your WheelWally, affix the pre-paid return shipping label, and return the box to your local FedEx shipping location.
Once we receive the WheelWally, we will refund your original purchase price and sales tax via PayPal. Original shipping charges are not refundable. Returns will not be accepted after the 30 day return period. We will only issue a refund to the credit card used at the time of checkout.
Note: Our return policy for international shipments may vary due to the high cost of international shipping. Please contact us.
If, due to a material or design defect, your WheelWally fails to perform as intended within 5 years of the original shipping date, discontinue use immediately and contact us at Wally@WheelWally.com to discuss the problem. Next, return your WheelWally for a full refund of the purchase price, sales tax, and original shipping charges. It will be your responsibility to pay for any packaging and return shipping charges. Please make sure that you have our correct address before shipping anything back to us!
This warranty does not cover normal scrapes and scratches or worn WheelWally straps. If your straps begin to show signs of wear, contact us at Wally@WheelWally.com and we’ll send you a new set, free of charge.
